No two tours or events are alike.  As such, our staff is here to make sure your catering set up and service work to maximize efficiency while also proving cost effective.  And while we cut our teeth touring with musical artists throughout North America, the knowledge we’ve amassed from those experiences make us one of the best companies to handle any and all large-scale events. 

Latitude 45 Catering will always offer ever-changing daily menu options, taking into consideration any and all dietary restrictions.  In addition to entrée options, clients will also have access to a full salad bar and full drinks station, including an espresso machine and juicer.

Producing large events requires long hours and stressful work so we’re here to make sure that everyone’s personal needs are taken care of; eating properly and staying nourished, hydrated and healthy in order to deal with demanding schedules.

Gear Rental

You have the staff and the space but just need help with equipment? We’ve got your covered. Latitude 45 Catering owns and maintains a wide variety of industrial kitchen equipment and supplies. We can provide everything you need for food preparation to presentation. From ovens, grills, refrigerators, sinks, set carts and griddles to platters, flatware, dining room ambiance and espresso makers, all is available for long or short-term rental. Expand your capacity in the short term without having to shoulder the long term expense of acquiring equipment. We’re happy to discuss your needs and how we can help.

Self Contained

Our newest model for touring, this experience provides high quality and convenient tour catering as well as crew transportation, accommodation and trucking. This model is ideal for a production that doesn’t have a lot of spare bus or truck space to consider carrying catering as an option.

For the catering team, Latitude 45 will coordinate the use of a Bandwagon (and driver), which provides a sleeping capacity of eight, plus an additional bunk for a driver.  We would also coordinate a trailer which would contain the majority of the catering equipment required and can be pulled by the Bandwagon. The catering crew can then leave as soon as their load-out is complete in order to arrive at the next venue early enough to get things organized in a timely manner.

Benefits to Production include:

  • For tours, breakfast can now be ready by the time Production loads in each morning

  • Minimal impact on Production bus and truck space

  • For festivals and events held in remote locations, crew accommodation is covered

Personal Chef

If what you are looking for is something on a slightly smaller scale, Latitude 45 Catering can also provide personal chefs. This can include gear rental appropriately customized for the size and scope of your needs.  All our chefs are trained to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and food sensitivities.  

Sustainable Catering

The touring industry is a major consumer of non-reuseable, non-biodegradable products. The transient nature of the business often gives the impression that this is excusable to ensure the fluid completion of tasks on the strict timeline a road crew must follow.  But this is by no means an absolute. Your tour or event has the option to eliminate much of its waste, thus doing a small part towards slowing the steady destruction of our planet. Disaster Relief

One of these things we are the best at is being able to roll into any location, assess the situation and determine how best to set up for safe and effective food production and distribution. Our unique kitchen and dining room set up allows us to provide on-site catering services in a multitude of different applications.  This could mean…
